Primary Project or Theme

Over the past five years, Orjinta Orji has delivered $300M+ in S&R revenue by transforming cyber recovery from a specialist function into a repeatable, evidence-driven system for highly regulated enterprises. He defined a reusable recovery doctrine built on four pillars: immutable integrity, progressive isolation to limit blast radius, automation for deterministic outcomes, and ITSM-embedded governance with audit-ready evidence at every control gate. The result is scalable, repeatable, and auditable recovery delivered as reusable blueprints.

He designed and delivered a Dell PowerProtect Data Domain Cyber Vault (WORM/Retention Lock, governed air gap, encryption, hardened privileged access), integrated CyberSense analytics to deterministically identify last-known-good restore points, and industrialized execution via KRO orchestration, improving stability and customer advocacy (NPS 4→9).

He authored the first Cyber Recovery Framework and built the first operational Isolated Recovery Environment, combining physical segregation, phase-aware networking, and automated recovery workflows. Using Ansible/GitOps and Cisco ACI micro-segmentation, he automated Isolation → Restoration → OS/Security Validation, generated structured audit evidence in ServiceNow, and implemented clean toolchain isolation to prevent cross-contamination.

Principal Role

Orjinta will define and govern enterprise Cyber Vault and Isolated Recovery Environment architectures, including orchestration and evidence models, while driving cross-practice technical alignment across resiliency, security, cloud, network, and storage. He will serve as the technical lead on strategic pursuits, translating customer risk and regulatory requirements into outcome-based recovery designs. The role scales impact through industrializing reusable assets and enabling consistent global delivery, while mentoring senior architects. Success is measured through validated recovery outcomes (RTO/RPO improvement with audit ready evidence), revenue influence in deals, and increased technical maturity through repeatable, enterprise-wide practices.
